Construction

Filter plates are securely closed by a hydraulic cylinder, while the drip tray remains open to allow for cake discharge. In the cake removal process, the hydraulic cylinder opens the filter plates, the drip tray closes, and the scraper device automatically removes filter cakes, dropping it under the drip tray. All operations are fully automated, ensuring efficient, hands-free operation and consistent performance.

Whole Layout

To ensure smooth and fully automated operation of the filter press, the following auxiliary equipment is required:
・Control Panel: Enables automatic operation, flexible configuration and system monitoring.
・Hydraulic Pump Unit: Operate hydraulic cylinder that opens and closes the filter plates.
・Slurry Pump and Slurry Tank: Supplies slurry to the filter press during the filtration process.
・Filter Cloth Wash Pump and Tank: clean the filter cloths and maintain filtration efficiency.
・Cake Washing pump: If cake washing is required, an additional washing water tank and pump are installed.
・Compressor and Air Tank: Since the filter press consumes compressed air, a compressor and air receiver tank are necessary components.
・Cake Discharge Handling: The discharged filter cake can be collected in a container placed beneath the filter press or transported to the next
              process via a conveyor belt.
